How
soon will my order ship?
In most cases your package will ship within 24-48 hours of our
warehouse receiving your order. Our Standard shipping in the United
States is Priority Mail which, depending on where you live in
the US is 1-3 days. International Express is 5-8 days.
What if
any of the products I order are not available?
Customers will be informed via e-mail or phone if any of the products
in their order are delayed or on backorder.
How do
I cancel an order?
Simply call us at 1-866-789-4424 to advise us you want to cancel
your order.
If your product has been shipped you will need to ask for a return
authorization # and ship the product back to us…your refund
will be sent, minus S&H, once the product has been returned
to our Warehouse. (See Return Instructions)
If your product has not shipped. We will return your money minus
S&H.
Where do
you ship product to?
HoseBeGone ships anywhere in the continental US using USPS Priority
Mail. We also ship internationally as long as the US Postal Service
delivers Express Mail to your location, we should be able to ship
there.
What are
your shipping and handling rates?
Shipping and Handling is $14.95 which includes Priority Mail for
domestic orders in the US…for each additional order add
$7.00 per unit (HBG). For International orders, as long as the
US Postal Service delivers Express Mail to your location, we should
be able to ship there…orders to Canada are $39.95 for S&H
and International orders are $60.95 for S&H…We have
reduced shipping costs for multiple orders. All amounts are in
US Currency.
Return
Policy
How long
do I have to return a purchase?
Use the HoseBeGone, if you don’t feel it’s the best
thing out there for managing your C-PAP hose while you are sleeping…
return it within 30 days and we will refund your money, minus
shipping and handling charges. No questions asked! No hassle!
We will simply send your money back! We Guarantee it!
How do
I make a return?
How: Please call 1-866-789-4424 to request a
return authorization number.
Where: Once you have received an authorization
number return your product to HoseBeGone.com

Important: Please make sure you include
your name, address and Return Authorization number both IN and
ON the return box, so we can make sure you are properly refunded
your purchase price minus S&H of course, once the package
is received in our warehouse.
Are
shipping charges refundable?
At HoseBeGone.com we will refund standard shipping and handling
charges (from us to you) and priority postage or Ground UPS shipping
charges (from you to us) ONLY when due to defect in merchandise.
Returns must be complete with parts, accessories, manuals, etc.
Products with defects caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, modifications,
negligence, failure to read and adhere to the manufacturers recommendations
and operating instructions, repairs or attempts at repairs, lack
of proper routine maintenance and other causes beyond the control
of HoseBeGone.com are not covered in this policy.
What
if the shipment is damaged?
If a package is damaged, you should inform the shipper immediately
and complete their reporting process for packages damaged in transit.
You must contact us at 1-866-789-4424 to inform us of a damaged
shipment within 3 days of receiving the merchandise or we can
not be responsible for shipment damage.
